Welcome to "2% PWD: The Mind Walk Method - The 40 Laws of Entrepreneur Disability Leadership - Disability Earn Economic Power." This captivating picture book serves as an introduction to a comprehensive textbook that delves into crucial insights on entrepreneurship for people with disabilities (PWDs). It simplifies complex concepts into an accessible format, making it easy for anyone to understand. This work is founded on an emerging field of leadership known as neuroscience leadership, which began to take shape in the 1990s. Additionally, the Mind Walk Method draws inspiration from the world of memory psychology. By merging insights from both neurological and psychological disciplines, this book offers innovative leadership strategies that can empower readers. Within these pages, we explore Law 3 – Transformation to Disability Earn Economic Power. This law highlights a critical issue recognized by the United Nations: individuals with disabilities often find themselves in the position of having to be entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, many PWDs create remarkable products but struggle to implement effective marketing strategies or afford a dedicated marketing team. Law 3 emphasizes the necessity of having a reliable distributor for products crafted by PWDs, and QP2 steps in as that essential distributor. As we promote this book, we will simultaneously support the sales of products made by PWDs, reinforcing our commitment to empowering this community. This book is designed specifically for entrepreneurs, whether they have disabilities or not. The inspiration for this initiative dates back to my own ambitions at the age of 14. I dreamt of achieving financial freedom not just for myself, but for all PWDs. Over the course of 40 years, I dedicated myself to understanding how to attain financial independence, along the way learning how to guide others on the same path. Prior to 2011, my efforts to mentor PWDs in achieving financial freedom were largely unsuccessful, leading me to a point of frustration where I almost gave up. Then, a pivotal moment arrived when a determined woman implored me to assist a young girl from the Philippines who had only one leg. Initially, I hesitated and declined, but the girl's persistent outreach over several months ultimately swayed my decision to help her. Both the girl and I faced moments of doubt, tempted to surrender to our fears. Yet, we made a pact to persevere together. Over the last decade, I have learned invaluable lessons
